1. Service provider
The Services are provided by TASHIRA E-Visa & Tourism L.L.C-FZ, a private company licensed in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. UID Smart Services is not a government authority and does not decide visa applications. Contact: info@uidsmartservices.ae, +971 50 210 1784, Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, UAE.
2. Services and visa decisions
UID Smart Services provides a document review, application preparation and submission service, and handles communication with the relevant authorities and suppliers on the customer's behalf. All decisions remain with the competent authority. Approval is not guaranteed, and payment or submission to UID Smart Services does not mean that an application has been submitted to or approved by a government authority.
3. Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate, complete and current information and authentic, valid documents. You must promptly provide any additional information requested. Incorrect, incomplete, expired, altered or misleading material may cause delay, refusal, cancellation or inability to provide the Service.
4. Processing estimates
Any stated processing period is an estimate, not a guarantee. Timing may depend on document completeness, eligibility, authority review, the authorities' systems and filing systems, additional-document requests and circumstances outside UID Smart Services's control.
5. Payment and service start
Payment must be successfully confirmed before operational processing. A paid application is initially Paid / Ready for Processing. The Service begins only after payment is confirmed, all required information and documents are complete, and UID Smart Services actually starts reviewing or processing the application. That auditable transition is Processing Started. Payment alone does not mean processing has started.
6. Cancellation, refunds and deductions
The Refund/Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms. Where a refund is permitted, the refundable amount may be reduced only by actual, disclosed and legally permissible non-refundable costs already connected with the transaction, including payment or refund processing costs and actual government, administrative and supplier charges genuinely non-refundable to UID Smart Services. UID Smart Services does not impose an arbitrary, undisclosed, open-ended or punitive refund fee. Before Processing Started, the entire service fee is not automatically treated as earned. Once processing actually starts, UID Smart Services's service fee becomes non-refundable to the extent permitted by law. Visa refusal does not automatically create a refund entitlement.
7. Government and supplier charges
Amounts actually paid to an authority or supplier are subject to that provider's rules. Such an amount is treated as non-refundable only if actually incurred and genuinely non-refundable to UID Smart Services. Any deduction must have an actual disclosed cost or another approved contractual basis permitted by applicable law.
8. Corrections and documents
Before payment, permitted information and documents may be corrected, replaced or deleted. After payment but before processing, corrections or replacements may be requested and audit/version history may be preserved. After processing begins, controlled replacement requests apply and historical evidence is not silently overwritten. Changes after authority submission depend on what remains possible and cannot be guaranteed.
9. Liability and mandatory rights
UID Smart Services is not responsible for an authority's decision or delays caused by customers, authorities, suppliers, system outages or events outside its reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a material UID Smart Services error prevents delivery of the agreed Service, an appropriate remedy or full or partial refund may be considered under the circumstances and applicable law.
10. Privacy
Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Electronic acceptance and versions
Checking the acceptance control or giving the explicit acceptance requested in the application flow constitutes electronic acceptance of the displayed Terms, Privacy Policy and Refund/Cancellation Policy. UID Smart Services records the policy version, effective date, timestamp and application context. Later updates do not rewrite earlier acceptance records.
Payer Authorization Addendum - Effective 19 August 2026
Payment may be made by another authorised person on behalf of the applicant(s). The payer confirms authorization to use the payment method and authorizes payment for the services associated with the identified application. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
